• Shipping & Delivery

• Our plants are shipped Priority Mail. The roots/soil are wraped in moist paper towel and bagged, with the exceptions of cuttings. The Plant Attraction ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, The Plant Attraction ships merchandise all over the world. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the carrier.

• PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING!!!!

  We ship worldwide and if you are an overseas customer you need to be aware some plants & seeds may be illegal in your Country. We advise you to research this out before purchasing. Postal regulations now require that a CUSTOMS DECLARATION be attached to each and every package. This makes it imperative that you be aware of your countries CUSTOMS and AGRICULTURAL regulations regarding having seeds shipped to you. Some countries may require a Permit and Phytosanitary Certificate for 'large lot' seed orders. Most countries require nothing for 'small lots' of seeds. You can apply for a Permit within your country and you must supply us with a copy to be attached to your shipment. A Phytosanitary certificate will be issued by the United States Department Of Agriculture for a fee of $65 per shipment. We cannot be responsible if your order is delayed, lost or CONFISCATED by CUSTOMS, and will not be replaced or refunded.

  Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

• It is important that buyer understand that seeds are live products and seed germination can be adversely affected by such factors as temperature, moisture content, light intensity and contamination of planting media. These factors are totally out of The Plant Attraction's control and are the buyer's responsibility and risk. Accordingly, The Plant Attraction does not guarantee seed to perform properly regardless of conditions or the buyer's methods or mistakes.

  Some plants and seeds are poisonous so please keep away from children and pets.
