ORDER CHANGES / CANCELLATIONS

Due to the frequency of how orders are processed, we are unable to edit or cancel any order once it has been submitted, including shipping addresses. 

Please double check your order prior to submitting.

The Plant Attraction will not refund nor assume liability for ANY order that is lost due to incorrect shipping address provided or confiscation by customs at your country's border.

 

No Refunds/Returns/Exchanges for PLANTING GARDEN SEEDS:

It is important that buyers understand that planting seeds are live products and seed germination can be adversely affected by such factors as temperature, moisture content, light intensity, dormancy, fungus, bugs, contamination of planting media, and the buyer's methods of germination or mistakes thereof. These factors are completely out of The Plant Attraction's control. The Plant Attraction does not guarantee seed germination.

NO REFUNDS/RETURNS/EXCHANGES on planting seeds that have been used i.e. soaked, scarified and/or planted in any capacity etc.

 

Live Air Plant Guarantee

If you are not completely happy with the health and vitality of your air plants, they will be replaced at no cost to you. Just email info@airplantsupplyco.com with a photo within 30 days of receiving your order and they will ship out replacements. No return or shipping charges. It is that simple.

 

No Refunds/Returns/Exchanges On All

Live Plants/Bulbs/Cuttings Policy (excluding air plants)

All sales are final on the purchase of a live plant and plant parts. 

We do not offer heat packs for those in colder climates.

The Plant Attraction is not responsible for freezing weather and/or other extreme weather that may result in damage to your plants during transit and delivery. Make arrangements to have someone there during delivery or hold off ordering until weather warms up or improves.

Please be aware that some damage is to be expected during normal transit, such as:

  • Some leaves may turn yellow/brown or have fallen off

  • A little soil may have worked loose and is at the bottom of the box.

Most plants just need time to recover and acclimate to their new environment.

However, if your plants arrive with above average damage due to transit and not extreme hot/cold weather, please email us within 24hrs after delivery with a few clear photos of the packaging and plant to info@ThePlantAttraction.com. Please include your name/address and order number. We will do our best to work with our supplier to resolve the issue. The Plant Attraction reserves  the right to fully or partially refund instead of shipping new ones, or inform you on how to care for the damaged ones. 

No returns, exchanges, or refunds on all ‘other perishable’ items.

All sales are final.

Other Perishable’ items includes:

Cultures/spores

Beneficial insects/bugs/worms etc.

All edibles/consumables/personal care products etc.

Supplements/extracts etc.


Damages/shortages/defects must be reported within 48 hours

Please check any order immediately upon receipt. Damages and shortages must be reported to The Plant Attraction within 48 hours, so that customer service can correct any problems. For damaged items, you must save all packing material and items for inspection! Several clear photos of both the packaging & damaged items can be emailed to info@ThePlantAttraction.com. Please include order number, your name & mailing address in the email.

Returns For all NON-perishable Merchandise, request must be received within 7 days. All holiday or clearance items are not eligible.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You MUST contact us within 7 days of delivery for a return authorization. We will send you instructions for sending the item/s back in the original box. Original shipping costs & return shipping cost are NOT refundable. Once your items are received back & inspected, you will be contacted when your refund will be processed to the original payment method. The Plant Attraction is not responsible for lost or damaged items during return transit. It is the buyer's responsibility to purchase shipping insurance for returns.



The Plant Attraction (TPA) disclaims responsibility for errors on its listings. TPA also disclaims responsibility for the use or misuse of any of the products sold on this website. Statements regarding products on this website are intended to be correct & accurate, but the customer should be guided solely by their own judgment & opinion coupled by professional advice. The manufacturer's label should always be followed. Please contact the manufacturer directly with any technical questions about the use of any product. Their information should be found on the labeling or packaging of your product. If their contact information can not be located, contact us and we will assist you.
