Agave weberi, also known as Weber's agave or giant agave, is a species of succulent plant that is native to the Chihuahuan Desert region of northern Mexico. It is a large and impressive agave species that can grow up to 6-8 feet tall and 10-12 feet wide, with a symmetrical rosette of blue-green leaves that have sharp terminal spines and very small teeth along the margins. Agave weberi is hardy to about 15°F and can tolerate a wide range of growing conditions, including full sun and poor soil. It is a slow-growing plant that can take many years to reach its full size, but it is a popular choice for landscaping due to its dramatic form and low water requirements.
